With more than 16,000 employees, Merkle operates in 30+ countries throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.Job DescriptionMain ResponsibilitiesProject plan preparation and ownership throughout the project deliveryOverall accountability for project delivery, within budget, scope, quality and timeAllocation of project tasks to the project teamRisk & Issue identification and management throughout the projectLead and participate in project teams to implement project deliverablesMonitoring and assisting delivery of development tasksClose collaboration with the delivery team to guide and advise on design and technical implementation of the solution in line with the client requirementsEnsure technical quality and good design principles are followedReport regularly to the management team in project progressManagement of change throughout the project deliveryManage the handover of the project with customers and/or supportQualificationsDesired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience managing IT projectsSignificant business experience using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environmentsDemonstrated technical understanding and knowledge appropriate to the roleKnowledge and experience of working with Salesforce.comExperience with Agile software development methodologies such as SCRUMFormal Project Management training/ recognised qualification would be beneficialSoftware Development LifecycleProject-driven work requirements with overtime as needed to meet deadlinesAdditional InformationWhat we'll give to you:This is a permanent role.
