You will be designing and delivering the engagement model for automated regulatory and risk compliance solutions, helping our customers experience a higher future state of automated compliance. You will use your knowledge of the ecosystem, solution development and emerging regulatory and domain trends to ensure our customers are successful in meeting their regulatory obligations and are on track to scale with emerging change.What you will doWork with key stakeholders in our global asset management customer base to collaboratively build the Engagement plan, using your analytical skills to ensure customers receive the right enablement on their journey for automated complianceBuild out our Engagement Services team, including solution architects, workflow specialists and customer data analystsWork closely with Customer Success and Engineering teams in addressing solution needs and driving success with our customers’ AQMetrics platform deploymentsIdentify opportunities where we can do better for our customers, incrementally driving improvement across our engagement model and delivery, ultimately delivering increased impactMaintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across customer success, engineering, and sales teams, leading and executing an engagement model that ensures the optimum experience for our customersCoach team members and mentor others in planning, organising, and coordinating workWork with Account Management, to ensure the the voice of our customers within AQMetrics is heard at all timesWhat you will haveStrong technical engagement management experience in the asset management, asset service provider or investment management domain, ideally having worked directly for one or more of these organisations, or in a role in an established Big 4 Consulting firmExperience coaching, leading and running engagement of services delivery teams, formulating plans for engaging new customers in a post-sales environment, driving operational improvement, and overseeing the engagement touchpoints across data integration, workflow and business processesExceptional communication skills, delivering both broad and specific targeted communications, comfortable in both technical and regulatory compliance communicationsExceptional ability to communicate ideas effectively with customers, stakeholders and internal sales, engineering and customer success teamsTrack record of problem-solving engagement models, from initiation and definition phases right through to implementation and go-liveAbility to prioritise and manage multiple work streams and drive clarity for internal engineering and customer success teamsDirect customer-facing experience in our customers’ domain, conversant with how data integration and workflow design deliver regulatory risk and compliance automationExcellent understanding of cloud-based technologies, and how cloud solutions are accommodated within regulated financial firms’ third-party management programsProven ability to lead, manage, build and deliver business results through a consulting or professional services teamDeep technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologiesUnderstanding of requirements gathering, solution definition, proposal development and SOW writingProgram Management, Project Management, Business Management or Delivery Management experience is preferredConsulting is background a pluWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of something special.
