Job Description

We are partnering with a leading company in the engine leasing sector to find a Business Transformation Manager to join their team in Shannon. Objectives: Assist the VP of Business Transformation and ESG in managing the transformation initiatives to drive organisational change and improve performance. Responsibilities: Identify business process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of strategic and operational changes to deliver measurable improvements across the business. Identifying areas for process improvement across existing ways of working, be it system, process or people changes. Engage directly with all departments to drive business outcomes, including facilitating interviews, workshops and project governance sessions. Be involved in delivering projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project and execution and close-out. Qualifications/Requirements Degree qualification in Business Administration or a discipline relevant to the role. LEAN Black belt or similar project management qualification. Experience in large digital transformation projects. Desired Characteristics: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Enthusiastic team player with the ability to multi-task effectively.
