Job Description

Business Transformation Manager sought to drive organisational change and improve performance in a leading engine leasing company in Shannon.

Assist the VP of Business Transformation and ESG in managing transformation initiatives to drive organisational change and improve performance.

  • Identify business process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of strategic and operational changes to deliver measurable improvements across the business.
  • Engage directly with all departments to drive business outcomes, including facilitating interviews, workshops and project governance sessions.
  • Deliver projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project and execution and close-out.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • LEAN Black belt or similar project management qualification.
  • Experience in large digital transformation projects.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Enthusiastic team player with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
