Ensures Integer internal and external customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.You may lead 2-3 projects related to any of these areas (Manufacturing/ Equipment’s build/Site Capacity expansion/Engineering) from Start to Finish independently.You will be running weekly project meetings, providing Project Status update to senior management, and maintaining the project documents.Accountable for doing Scope, Requirement gathering, Risks, Project planning, Maintaining Issues log, Creating BOM, Procurement, Budgets vs Forecast, Stakeholder management, Communication and may begin developing the skills to influence others to achieve goals.You will work with a cross-functional team of quality, manufacturing, design, controls, maintenance, etc. as part of your project team to ensure project delivery on time, scope, and budget.You will initiate and maintain relationships with individuals and business units within your site or organization.You perform other duties, as needed, and as directed by your line of supervision.What sets you apart:You earned, as a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in any engineering or related technical field and may have earned a Master’s degree.You are seen as a very strong communicator and competent facilitator in the manufacturing area who can understand the manufacturing environment, validations, and drive people to complete their tasks.Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 10+ years of relevant experience.Strong Project Management experience of running projects.
