R&D Engineer - Neurovascular Stroke Market
We're seeking an R&D Engineer to join our team in developing new products to treat stroke, driven by the growth of the neurovascular stroke market.
About the Role
- Work with a team of engineers and technicians to develop processes and technologies for new product launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful launches of new neurovascular devices.
- Execute functional deliverables associated with project management and quality systems.
- Provide design for manufacturability input, design and procure tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Write validation protocols and reports for new processes.
- Apply engineering and scientific rationale to address technical issues.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ months of work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to work through complex problems and find root causes.
- Good analytical and mathematical understanding.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
