Eirdata is seeking a Key Account Manager with technical knowledge and an engineering background to manage and develop services and products with existing clients in the Munster area.

About the Role
- Manage a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts
- Devise campaign ideas and handle their management and execution
- Responsible for managing and completing tenders
- Promote Eirdata products and services
- Use existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities
- Ability to build new accounts and expand accounts of existing clients
- Ability to lead and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- Provide guidance for the team of engineers
- Assist the team with training and compliance
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Establishing growth territories for the organisation
- Presenting campaign updates and statistics to key stakeholders
- Liaising with existing clients to manage expectations and nurture relationships
- Implement promotions and marketing programs for assigned region
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage your own time and relationships with key suppliers
- Focus on strategic key markets for new opportunities
- Liaise weekly with marketing department
Requirements
- Engineering Qualification with a Diploma/ Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical engineering
- Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial acumen
- 2/3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, Power Point)
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Team player, with a flexible approach but also able to work under own initiative
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Understanding of technical drawings
