**Engineering Manager for Conversion Teams** We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Conversion teams, responsible for developing and improving our Template Store and Squarespace Blueprint, a guided website design system. **Job Description** The Growth team at Squarespace is responsible for the customer's journey from the moment they land on our platform to the moment they subscribe to our services. We focus on improving product discovery and introducing existing customers to relevant parts of our platform. This group is comprised of 4 cross-functional product engineering teams, each with dedicated product managers, designers, content strategists, analysts, and engineers. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead teams on both the Template Store and Squarespace Blueprint surfaces in an experiment-driven way. You will have the opportunity to develop engineers across multiple teams through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
