Job Description
Role: The Engineering Manager is a key member of the Plant Management Team, responsible for providing strong leadership and support across the plant in areas including Process and Project Engineering, Maintenance, Blow Moulding, Tooling, and Automation. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical and engineering leadership to address product and process challenges. * Supervise, lead, and develop a cross-functional engineering team that supports production. * Prioritise, plan, and schedule tasks while promoting a proactive approach within the team. * Implement robust systems to enhance the reliability and consistency of manufacturing processes. * Utilise data to identify performance gaps and drive continuous process improvement. * Establish and maintain an engineering and maintenance management system based on best practices to meet organizational objectives. * Actively support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise * Proven leadership and project management skills * Technical and problem solving sbilities This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities and requirements for the position.
