**Engineering Shift Manager** **Summary:** Lead electrical maintenance teams to deliver equipment reliability and implement lean processes in a fast-growing Irish whiskey production facility. This position requires working day and evening shifts on alternating weeks. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role involves supporting the development of electrical maintenance teams, implementing modern processes, and standardizing procedures to improve equipment performance. The successful candidate will assist the Engineering Manager in leading and developing the mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, executing the Packaging maintenance program, and ensuring equipment reliability meets modern manufacturing standards.
