Engineering Manager
Primark is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of complex engineering solutions.
About the Role
- Lead the development and delivery of engineering solutions for backlog items
- Oversight of design and delivery of engineering solutions
- Define and govern software quality standards and service transition rigour
- Manage engineering demand and capacity
- Ensure compliance of engineering teams and timely audit responses
- Develop shared, ambitious OKRs aligned to the strategy

Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Software engineering delivery or IT Transformation Delivery at an enterprise level
- Experience in owning and managing senior business stakeholder relationships
- Appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience
- Influencer: significant ability to grow, inspire, engage and coach a diverse team
- Collaborative partner: develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- People leadership: A people leader who role models through their own behaviour and actions
