Job Description
Engineering Manager sought for Energy, Power, and Renewable sector to oversee design, development, and execution of engineering projects, drive innovation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of energy projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Providing technical leadership in the development and optimization of renewable energy systems and power generation infrastructure
- Leading the integration of new technologies, such as smart grids and energy storage solutions, into existing and new projects
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of engineers
- Conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and supporting the professional development of team members
- Preparing and delivering technical reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and external partners
- Developing and managing the engineering budget for the energy sector, including forecasting and allocation of resources
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Master's degree or higher preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification highly desirable
- Relevant experience in engineering and project management
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, power generation, and energy storage systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
