Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineering Manager to oversee the QA team for Acuity Scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of engineering management experience, 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience, and experience managing selenium-driven end-to-end automated UI testing programs. The successful candidate will lead the team's growth, develop long and short-term strategies, and collaborate with the Squarespace QA team to define the strategy for automation. The role involves overseeing the operations of the QA team, providing coaching to direct reports, and contributing to the team's growth by focusing on individuals' career development and fostering a team culture of accountability, ownership, and quality. The candidate will also partner with the Squarespace QA team, improve testing processes and workflows, and coordinate resources in complex cross-team projects. The role reports to the Director of Engineering of Acuity Scheduling and is a hybrid role in our NY office, with remote candidates also being considered. The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, experience, and location.
