High-level project management experience required for leadership role in pharmaceutical capital project delivery.
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-value projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective results. You will lead a team of professionals, including client-side personnel and sub-contractors, to achieve project objectives. The company is a globally recognized leader in medical and healthcare solutions, with a strong track record of innovation and product development. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead and manage project delivery to meet time, cost, quality, and scope requirements • Identify and evaluate technical, commercial, and business risks, and communicate them to the client and project team • Define and approve the Project Quality and Execution plan • Oversee the design, installation, and testing of processes, instruments, and equipment • Plan, design, and estimate time and costs for construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components • Provide technical solutions for unexpected events during the life cycle of installations **Requirements:** • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, or Instrumentation • Extensive experience in project delivery within a CAPEX context in similar sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or FMCG • Proven experience in managing projects on operational client sites • Demonstrated leadership in managing and supporting team members, including performance appraisals, training, and talent development • Knowledge of industrial/lab safety and environment, and budget control principles and practices **About the Company:** ENG Bauen is a globally recognized leader in medical and healthcare solutions, with a strong track record of innovation and product development.
