Job Description
Supervise a team of engineers and maintenance staff at PCI, a company that bridges life-changing therapies and patients, to ensure high-quality maintenance and installation of facility and pharmaceutical equipment, foster a progressive workforce, and promote effective team member relations to improve customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor multiple shift teams to deliver high-quality maintenance and installation services • Plan, direct, and supervise maintenance functions including preventative maintenance, repairs, new equipment installation, and process improvements • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge • Oversee outside contractors, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including customers, shifts, and management, to ensure seamless communication and resolve issues efficiently • Lead teams to resolve issues, make process improvements, and enhance department efficiency • Maintain close observation over process orders, manufacturing status, and maintenance goals • Promote plant safety programs, lean initiatives, and training programs to enhance overall performance • Interpret and apply HR policies, practices, and procedures among team members • Participate in resolving employee complaints and personnel or performance issues
