Job Description
We are seeking a technically competent engineering lead to join our presales team and support our continued growth. This role involves leading a team of engineers in developing early-stage design and proposal for infrastructure solutions projects, reading and understanding customer requirements, and providing technical project coordination with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in developing early-stage design and proposal for infrastructure solutions projects
- Read and understand customer requirements provided by sales team
- Provide technical project coordination with customers and suppliers
- Develop technical proposals for infrastructure solutions data centers
- Coordinate between technical disciplines
- Verify documents created by team members
- Provide sales technical assistance and support information to assist with sales activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience
- Proficient in data center design
- Solution-based thinking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
