Job Description
Seeking an experienced engineering Team Leader to oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes for a specialist role focusing on preventative maintenance breakdowns.
The role involves overseeing the maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes for both reactive and preventative measures. Ensuring uniformity in maintenance practices across the site and collaborating with maintenance colleagues to identify and implement best practices. Leading efforts in data analysis and root cause investigations to enhance problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Serving as the primary contact for maintenance issues and managing the escalation process when necessary. Working with various departments to ensure the Maintenance team effectively prioritizes maintenance tasks. Supervising and mentoring direct reports, providing guidance and coaching. Adopting a hands-on approach to predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance, promoting knowledge sharing within the Engineering team. Actively promoting Health and Safety by leading by example, raising awareness, and maintaining safe work environments.

Requirements:
- Relevant Electrical trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated independence and strong organizational skills
- Experienced with controls, PLCs, software, and automated equipment
