Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst

Conduct in-depth reviews of high-risk client accounts, identifying and mitigating potential financial threats.

Interactive Brokers Ireland Ltd. is a global financial services company seeking experienced professionals to join its team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and enhanced due diligence on existing high-risk client accounts and associated entities/persons.
  • Review public domain searches for negative information, check against customers and associated entities/persons in the Offshore Leaks Database, and review cashiering activity.
  • Verify high-risk clients' sources of funds/wealth information through online searches or documentation.
  • Evaluate, resolve, or make recommendations on negative news red flags or potential PEP matches.
  • Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports and work closely with the AML and Trade Surveillance Teams.

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher qualification.
  • 1-3 years of experience in onboarding or reviewing high-risk client relationships and carrying out EDD.
  • Good working knowledge of EU regulations related to AML, Sanctions, and EDD requirements.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and methodical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a small team.
