Job Description

Hibernia College seeks a Student Enrolment Advisor to generate student enrolments by managing leads for prospective students.

Hibernia College is Ireland's first accredited blended learning third-level institution, established in 2000. We specialise in delivering programmes up to level 9 NFQ with expertise in education, including initial teacher education and nursing undergraduate programmes.

The Enrolment Advisor will offer guidance and advice to prospective students on how best we can meet their educational needs and career needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipelines across various modes of communications.
  • Build relationships with prospective students by discovering their needs and concerns.
  • Support prospective students through the enrolment process with advice on the application and interview process.
  • Develop sales strategies for new and existing programmes.
  • Take responsibility for inbound enquiries, answering calls, emails, messages, dealing with questions and information requests.
  • Present webinars to potential students.
  • Co-ordinate and present to potential students at annual roadshows.
  • Attend career and recruitment fairs and college information events, advise on courses offered and gather lead information.
  • Record all leads and sales activity on CRM system.
  • Create reports and manage sales activity on CRM.
  • Conduct targeted follow up with leads generated at events or who respond to specific marketing campaigns.
  • Create and support content for Hibernia College events on social media accounts.
  • Provide support at Hibernia College events.
  • Stay up to date with sectors that relate to programmes offered by Hibernia College.

Requirements:

  • Relevant third level qualifications.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or account management experience.
  • Experienced event management and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and thrives to meet and exceed goals within a sales environment.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in full suite of MS packages and CRM.
  • Full driving licence and own transport.
  • Flexibility to work outside core office hours when required.
