Enterprise Architect - Permanent PositionHybrid working - 2 days a week onsiteSalary - €120,000 - €130,000 DOEA leading firm in the Insurance industry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect to join their Information Technology department.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a long-term IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.Design and implement robust and scalable IT architecture solutions.Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements.Create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.Ensure that technology infrastructure operates seamlessly to meet the company's business needs.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect.Demonstrates an understanding of strategic issues and is an expert on the systems development life-cycle and typical problems associated with implementing information systems, from initial concept through development and implementation to operation and support.Deep understanding of business strategies and business processes.Strong knowledge of the organisation's IT infrastructure and software development and maintenance methods, tools, and techniques.Sound knowledge of risk assessment, change management, configuration management, reliability, and safety methods, and metrics. Skilled in project risk management.Effectively communicate the architecture to technical and business audiences.Highly proficient in Agile/Lean development methodologies and Continuous Deployment Tools and Techniques.Ensure that overall Enterprise Architecture Designs and Tool/Vendor selections facilitate and/or support these techniques.To find out more, contact Lorraine McGrath. #J-18808-Ljbffr
