A leading firm in the Insurance industry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect to join their Information Technology department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a long-term IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Design and implement robust and scalable IT architecture solutions.
• Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements.
• Create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.
• Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Ensure that technology infrastructure operates seamlessly to meet the company's business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Demonstrates an understanding of strategic issues and is an expert on the systems development life-cycle and typical problems associated with implementing information systems.
• Deep understanding of business strategies and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of the organisation's IT infrastructure and software development and maintenance methods, tools, and techniques.
• Sound knowledge of risk assessment, change management, configuration management, reliability and safety methods, and metrics.
• Skilled in project risk management.
• Effectively communicate the architecture to technical and business audiences.
• Highly proficient in Agile/Lean development methodologies and Continuous Deployment Tools and Techniques.
