Job Description

Enterprise Inside Sales Representative sought to drive growth and consumption in assigned Enterprise accounts, enable account penetration and stakeholder engagement, and increase ARR.

We're looking for an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to work as a key part of our Account Management team. Aligning with the account strategy, you will work closely with Account Managers and the extended account team to drive growth and consumption in assigned Enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Account Growth: Work with your account manager to drive account growth, focusing on expanding product consumption and knowledge of our brands.
  • Actively identify new leads and opportunities in Enterprise accounts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Get to know our accounts as thoroughly as possible.
  • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Account Penetration: Stay ahead in all Enterprise account interactions.
  • Collaborating on Campaign Execution: Work closely with our Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first touchpoint.
  • Learning and Educating: Use your knowledge to make our accounts successful.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales function, or an engineering background without sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.
  • Excellent active listening skills, written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Being data-driven is your natural strength, and having measurable targets helps you stay focused.
  • Passionate about providing users with a positive experience.
  • Ability to problem solve and propose solutions using data to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
