Enterprise Inside Sales Representative Job In Dublin

Enterprise Inside Sales Representative sought to drive growth and consumption in assigned Enterprise accounts, enable account penetration, and increase ARR.

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Account Management team as an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Account Managers and the extended account team to drive growth and consumption in assigned Enterprise accounts.
• Enable account penetration and stakeholder engagement to increase ARR in every assigned account.
• Actively identify new leads and opportunities in Enterprise accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision-makers.
• Organize meetings and event invitations, craft impactful recap emails, or find ways to develop new relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first touchpoint.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to provide feedback and explore solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales function, or an engineering background without sales experience.
• Fluency in English as well as Arabic, Italian, or German is highly desirable.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.
• Excellent active listening skills, written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

• Passionate about providing users with a positive experience.
• Ability to problem solve and propose solutions using data to drive decisions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
