Enterprise Inside Sales Representative
Drive growth and consumption in assigned Enterprise accounts, enable account penetration and stakeholder engagement, and increase ARR in every assigned account.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with account manager to drive account growth, focusing on expanding product consumption and knowledge of our brands.
- Actively identify new leads and opportunities in Enterprise accounts.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Organize meetings and event invitations, craft impactful recap emails, or find ways to develop new relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first touchpoint.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales function, or an engineering background without sales experience.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.
- Excellent active listening skills, written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
