Job Summary: Cloud Operations Engineer II
Manage Cloud Platforms in Mastercard, providing operational support to multiple customer applications and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Infrastructure Monitoring
Alert Management
Basic Troubleshooting and Incident Response
Service Health Checks
Escalation and Communication
Log Monitoring and Analysis
Service Desk and Incident Ticketing
SLA and KPI Adherence
Knowledge management
Additional Responsibilities:
Supporting application teams deployed on Cloud Platforms
Troubleshooting day-to-day issues on the cloud
Ensuring safety and soundness of the platform
Collaborating with Engineering teams
This role requires:
High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive individual, with strong communication and relationship skills
Experience in large-scale operations, cloud environments, and Dev Ops Process
BS Degree or equivalent
Security Responsibility:
Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information
Report any suspected information security violation or breach
Complete periodic mandatory security trainings
