Environmental Consultant
Panther Environmental Solutions Ltd are a leading Environmental Consultancy Company in the South East Region. We are looking for an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team.
The Role:
- Preparation of planning documents for a range of sectors, from initial planning applications through to further information requests and planning conditions (EIAR's & EIA Screenings).
- Undertaking field work and monitoring where required, including water sampling, noise monitoring, bund integrity surveys and odour assessments.
- Liaising and co-ordinating with sub-contractors throughout all stages of projects, from the initial tender process through to reviewing of reports and providing feedback.
- Consultation with local authorities and statutory consultees.
- Undertaking of Environmental Audits to ensure construction activities are undertaken in compliance with the measures outlined in the Construction Environmental Management Plans.
- Providing environmental support to clients to ensure compliance with their Industrial Emissions / Integrated Pollution Control Licences and / or requirements imposed through planning conditions.
- A graduate degree in Environmental Science or related discipline.
- Relevant experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong report writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Good time management is essential.
- Must have a full, clean driving licence.
- Flexibility with regards to working hours an advantage.
