Job Description

Our client, an award-winning Environmental consultancy, is seeking a skilled Environmental Consultant to join their multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will work on EIA for major city centre commercial and mixed-use developments, as well as large-scale residential developments in the Dublin area.

The role offers significant potential for professional development and advancement, working with in-house and external consultants and with a range of private and public sector client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) for major developments
• Provide environmental consultancy services to public bodies and private sector clients
• Collaborate with planning, landscape, urban design, and visualisation teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Recognised professional qualification in environmental consulting and planning
• 3+ years' professional experience in environmental consulting and planning
• Knowledge of relevant software, including MS Office, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentational skills
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality delivery
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Package

€40k - €55k per year, negotiable for the right candidate
