My client is a successful global healthcare company seeking an experienced EHS Engineer from a manufacturing environment for their medical device manufacturing site in Athlone. Joining a small, collaborative and supportive team, you will support a busy site with a range of EHS initiatives and develop your pathway as an EHS Engineer. You will be a team player with a passion for learning and growth, with the ability to communicate and engage a varied group of people.ResponsibilitiesLead risk management initiatives, spearhead continuous improvement, and guide teams in best practices to ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant ISO standards.Partner with engineers, manufacturing, and other departments to implement innovative safety solutions that drive quality and efficiency.Promote and support our environmental management program, ensuring EHS compliance across the Athlone, Ireland site.Analyze data, report findings, and develop effective corrective plans to maintain the highest safety standards.About YouA proven EHS background from a manufacturing environment (experience in medical devices a plus) on top of a NEBOSH General Certificate.Understands and implements ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Any Engineering background or qualifications would be a plus.Apply NowIf you're interested in the above role then please click apply or get in touch to discuss further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
