Exciting opportunity for an EHS Manager to join a very successful, leading FMCG based in Cavan. Negotiable salary DOE. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the EH&S strategy aligned with the company's continuous improvement goals. Lead initiatives for a zero-harm safety culture and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Industrial Emissions (IE) license and GHG permits. Manage EH&S risk assessments and training programs. Oversee the Wastewater Treatment Plant and engage with external agencies like HSA and local authorities. Lead accident investigations and drive adherence to ISO 14001 and other safety standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in EH&S, preferably in the dairy, food, or pharmaceutical industries, with management experience. Knowledge of wastewater treatment and GHG permitting is advantageous. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration. Interested?
