Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in accordance with regulations. Oversee and manage all aspects of contractor safety, including pre-qualification, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. Investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to integrate EHS considerations into project planning and execution. Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, incidents, and compliance documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in EHS roles, with a focus on contractor management. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
