Key Responsbilites Maintain a safe workplace environment that poses no health risks and foster a culture of zero harm. Ensure strict adherence to all Group Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, ensuring they are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated. Ensure the Company complies with all legal obligations regarding health, safety, and employee welfare, including mandatory training and reporting requirements. Oversee the completion and periodic review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations. Encourage active participation from all on-site personnel to collectively improve Health and Safety standards. Ensure all incidents are documented, thoroughly investigated, and that corrective measures are implemented. Support the enhancement of Group Health & Safety procedures within the workplace. Collaborate with HR to ensure all employees complete mandatory health and safety training, with additional training provided where necessary. Implement the Group's health & safety inspection, audit, and monitoring program. Stay informed of relevant health, safety, and workplace welfare legislation, and communicate any changes to the business. Provide regular reports to the Head of Group Health & Safety and the local management team. Participate in site planning meetings and relevant projects as required. Ensure personal compliance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and Data Retention Process, safeguarding personal data and processing it lawfully, in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, as well as that of others, by complying with safety regulations within your area of responsibility and following all applicable Health & Safety laws. Continuously improve personal performance by engaging in relevant learning and development activities Qualifacations Environmental Health & Safety qualifacation. 2-5 years experince in a busy environment.
