The company Taconic International Limited, a world-leader in PTFE-coated glass fabric industry, seeks an Environmental Manager to strengthen its environmental management program and implement innovative systems to support ISO14001 accreditation. The post-holder will be responsible for managing environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and training employees to minimize the company's environmental impact. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring the Environmental Plan, achieving energy, carbon, water, and waste reduction targets, and professionally managing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders on carbon, climate, and sustainability issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science, minimum 5 years post qualification experience in an environmental role, and strong knowledge of Irish and European Environmental legislation.
