Environmental Manager sought to oversee company's environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including air quality, water management, and waste disposal standards.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections of facilities to identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation.
- Oversee proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct training for staff on environmental policies, waste management, and sustainability practices.
- Support emergency response for environmental incidents such as chemical spills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an environmental management or compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations.
