Job Description
We are seeking an eProcurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations for a group of hotels in Shannon, County Clare.
As a key member of the purchasing team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, evaluating e-procurement options, and identifying potential suppliers.
This is a full-time position based in Shannon, County Clare.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement software.
- Act as the super-user for the procurement system.
- Manage all configurations and troubleshoot the system.
- Prepare and present purchasing documents.
- Project manage the procurement process.
- Assist with tenders.
- Manage supplier management arrangements with external suppliers.
- Prepare and present reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.
The salary for this position is based on experience and is in the region of €45 – €50,000.
