Job Description
Join the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) as an Equity Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) & Wellbeing Advisor. Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the EDI & Wellbeing strategy, working closely with the EDI & Wellbeing Manager and NTMA Employee Resource Groups.
- Liaise with internal and external communications teams to engage, educate and inspire colleagues.
- Engage with external networks to partner on events and initiatives, benchmark and share best practice.
- Contribute to the research, review and updating of EDI & Wellbeing related policies.
- Manage the centralised EDI and Wellbeing events calendar, and monitor and respond to the EDI & Wellbeing mailbox.
Requirements: - Two years relevant experience in EDI and Wellbeing, or related roles, with a focus on creating positive workplace cultures.
- Strong project management skills/knowledge, and a strong results orientation.
- Aptitude for developing communications and digital media content using communications software.
- Experience of Microsoft Office, and experience in designing and developing in person events and webinars.
