ERM Director sought by Global bank to lead risk management and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Support ERM and oversee risk management across application phases.
- Lead risk workstreams and prepare reports for senior management and boards.
- Develop and refine risk reporting, governance, and appetite frameworks.
- Align risk practices with group policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitor regulatory trends and emerging risks to ensure compliance.
About You:
- Expertise in banking risk and regulatory frameworks.
- CRM, FRM, or similar preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of banking regulations.
