ERMDirector to join the business
Responsibilities:
Support
ERMalong with overseeing risk management across application phases. Lead risk workstreams, preparing reports for senior management and boards.
Develop and refine risk reporting, governance, and appetite frameworks Align risk practices with group policies and local regulations, incorporating necessary updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk identification, monitoring, and reporting. Monitor regulatory trends and emerging risks to ensure compliance About you Expertise in banking risk and regulatory frameworks. CRM, FRM, or similar preferred.
