Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERM and oversee risk management across application phases.
• Lead risk workstreams and prepare reports for senior management and boards.
• Develop and refine risk reporting, governance, and appetite frameworks.
• Align risk practices with group policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory trends and emerging risks to ensure compliance.

About the Role:

• Expertise in banking risk and regulatory frameworks.
• CRM, FRM, or similar qualifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of banking regulations.
