ERP Consultant Summary:
Deliver Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to clients, optimizing business processes and ensuring successful adoption.
Our client, a Canadian IT consultancy company, is seeking an ERP Consultant to join their Irish operations. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Conduct detailed requirement analysis and gather functional requirements.
* Design and document tailored Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to meet client needs.
* Configure Microsoft Dynamics modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR) based on best practices and client requirements.
* Develop customizations and integrations as necessary using Microsoft Power Platform or other tools.
* Lead or assist in project planning, scoping, and scheduling.
* Manage the implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate go-live activities.
* Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
* Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
* Offer ongoing consulting services to optimize system performance and support business growth.
* Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
* Prepare and present status reports, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to clients and internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management) are highly desirable.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, with a focus on Dynamics 365.
* Proven experience in at least two full-cycle ERP implementations.
* Strong understanding of business processes across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, and pharmaceutical.
* Experience with ERP implementation (MS Dynamics desirable but not essential).
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
* Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or other related technologies is a plus.
