Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to join a new team which will be responsible for developing a new platform on which they will onboard acquisitions.
Growth is key to this client and this position will be involved in this exciting area which will drive their growth strategy.
As the Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, including Microsoft Business Central to meet various business needs.
- Develop Comprehensive IT Solutions: Architect integrated IT solutions across systems, networks, security, enduser computing, and eCommerce, ensuring they meet the specific needs of acquisitions while being scalable for future growth.
- Drive Standardization: Partner with IT and acquisition management teams to create a service catalog for acquisitions, promoting standardization and best practices across the platform.
- Align IT with
Business Goals:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the strategies and objectives of acquisitions, ensuring IT solutions are in line with overall business goals.
- Document and
Maintain Solutions:
Produce and update detailed documentation of architectural designs, decisions, and implementation strategies.
- Set and
Uphold Best Practices:
Establish best practices for solution development and implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Foster Cross-
Functional Collaboration:
Work with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Communicate Technical Concepts Clearly: Explain technical solutions and ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Offer guidance and leadership on technical aspects across multiple projects and implementations.
- Educational Background: A degree in a computerrelated field, with at least 5 years of experience working in an IT environment.
- IT
Solution Architecture Experience:
Demonstrated experience as an IT Solution Architect, with a deep understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in designing and implementing scalable, secure IT solutions.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record of overseeing projects of various sizes from concept to completion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, adept at managing expectations of both stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strategic and
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, capable of developing, sharing, and supporting a unified vision.
