Job Description
As an ERP Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide 1st level support for ERP users, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar ERP technical support role, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and excellent communication skills are required. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support for ERP users, addressing system-related issues and queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams.
- Guide users through solutions and best practices for using ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance.
- Maintain detailed logs of support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in system testing and updates as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar ERP technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a scientific or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Package:
- Base: €40,000 - €50,000
- Pension 5%
