This is a 100% work-from-home role, offering a competitive salary of €40K-€50K base. About the Role: As an ERP Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with ERP-related queries and issues. You'll troubleshoot and resolve problems, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Speaking Spanish or French is a plus but not essential! Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st level support for ERP users, addressing system-related issues and queries. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams. Guide users through solutions and best practices for using ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance. Maintain detailed logs of support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups. Assist in system testing and updates as needed. Support users in a global environment, with an emphasis on clear, effective communication. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar ERP technical support role. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
