Our growing Financial Services client is seeking to hire an ESG Risk Director for their Dublin office.This is an extremely exciting role as the successful candidate will lead the establishment of a robust 2nd line of defence for ESG.The day to day tasks will likely include:Develop and embed the organization's ESG risk management frameworkWork closely with cross-functional teams to support the identification and mitigation of ESG risks, providing effective challenge on the organization's activities with respect to operating sustainability and responsibly in line with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectationsEngage extensively across all business units in front, middle and back officeAnalyze and monitor emerging ESG risks and trendsThe successful candidate will likely have:Experience in ESG risk management, sustainability or related fields, or in risk management, compliance, or corporate governance with strong knowledge of ESG standards and regulations.Third level educationOn offer:This is an extremely exciting time for the business and the successful candidate will form part of its growing futureExcellent package #J-18808-Ljbffr
