Job Description
Lead large scale projects in Dublin as an Estimating Manager for a Main Tier 1 Civil Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage direct staff and sub-contractors
- Complete projects within time frame and allocated budget
- Identify information gaps, develop solutions, and rectify them
Requirements:
- Extensive years of experience as an Estimating Manager
- Good knowledge of quality pre-tender packages
- Good administrative, report writing and IT skills, such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
