Estimating Manager I am delighted to assist an engineering company that differs from the rest. Due to ongoing expansion and investment, they are looking for an Estimating Manager to join their team to work on new pharmaceutical projects across the UK. Full remote working from home available, travelling to sites once a month. Meet your potential new employer? They offer a competitive package and do not lose many people due to salary or benefits. They want to find the best staff for their company. The Role Manage estimators and delegate team workload. Conducted in-depth reviews of tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, etc. Preform accurate quantity take-offs and mark up measured drawings. Request, manage and evaluate supplier and sub-contractor quotations. Issue tender queries and RFIs. Prepare costed bill of quantities. Prepare tender reports, tender pricing schedules and other tender return documents. Attend meetings and site visits when required. Adhere to tender return deadlines. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams. Experience Required M&E Estimating Experience Strong computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office.
