A Main Tier 1 Civil Contractor in Ireland is actively seeking a Construction Estimating Manager, to lead large scale projects within the Dublin Region.
Our client prides themselves in investing in their employees, with a low staff turnover, and an excellent pathway to progress "up the ranks".
Members of the Senior Management Team are young aspiring individuals, and they would like like-minded engineers to join the team.
They are currently working within a number of countries, working on flagship projects.The clients have a very strong and secure project book across Ireland, including Water/Waste Water, Highways, Civil Infrastructure & Rail.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive years of experience working as an Estimating Manager. The role will require a proven track record regarding the management of direct staff and sub-contractors. In addition, they must have a history of completing projects within the time frame and allocated budget. They will also need experience in the market to identify any information gaps, develop solutions, and rectify them.Key Experience:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of large scale projects Good knowledge of quality pre-tender packages Willingness to learn and develop within the company Good administrative, report writing and I.T.
