Summary: Seeking an Estimator for a successful Irish facade systems company in Dublin, with over 50 years experience in the Irish construction industry. The successful Estimator will be responsible for analyzing client specifications, preparing estimates, and sourcing equipment and material requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of client specifications and drawings
- Preparation of estimates based on requirements
- Liaising with design personal to ensure specifications are met
- Highlighting areas of risk in the cost proposal
- Preparation and submission of tender documents to client organisations
- Sourcing and procurement of equipment and material requirements
- Attending presentations and client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience in an estimating role
- Experience in related roles such as design, architecture, junior engineer or project engineer
- Exposure to bidding, tenders and estimating
- Qualifications in architectural technology a distinct advantage
