ESTIMATOR Well established Irish specialist in building services namely in faade, automated door systems are looking to hire an Estimator for their growing team in Dublin. THE COMPANY: This successful Irish facade systems company design and manufacturing a complete range of building envelope systems comprising of cladding, glazing and curtain wall systems and have worked on some of Irelands most revered architectural projects over the last decade. With over 50 years experience in the Irish construction industry, they are highly regarded by architects throughout the country and continue to grow their business. As they do, they now seek to add an Estimator to their growing team in Dublin. THE ROLE: The successful Estimator will be based in the Dublin office, and will be responsible for the following: Analysis of client specifications and drawings and prepare estimates based on requirements Liaise with design personal to ensure specifications are met Highlight areas of risk in the cost proposal Preparation and submission of tender documents to client organisations Sourcing and procurement of equipment and material requirements Attending presentations and client meetings when required THE PERSON: For this estimator role, we are looking to speak to candidates that can display the following: This role is open to experience candidates as well as less experienced candidates and remuneration will reflect experience and skill set Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 1 year prior experience in an estimating role Candidates with experience in related roles such as design, architecture, junior engineer or project engineer and have exposure to bidding, tenders and estimating will also be considered Candidates with qualifications in architectural technology will have a distinct advantage THE PACKAGE: Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 DOE LOCATION: Dublin BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
