Reporting to theEstimating Manager Main Responsibilities Involved in full tender process from beginning to completion. Conduct comprehensive assessments of project specifications, and plans to determine the scope and requirements for fire sprinkler systemsCompleting take-offs from tender drawings. Assemble sub-contract quotes while ensuring they comply with the specification Attend meetings both internal and client based where required. Carry out cost analysis, risk management and value engineering Create accurate cost estimates in an analytical format Attending pre and post tender interviews Maintain accurate and organized records of project estimates, bids, and relevant communications to support project tracking and reporting. Key Qualifications / Skills Degree/Diploma in estimating/quantity surveying Minimum of 3 years experience, ideally in the fire protection industry Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (NFPA, ISEN 12845, FM, etc.). Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills High level of computer literacy is essential especially in Excel Full, clean driving license A competitive benefits package, reflecting the importance of this position will be available to the right candidate.
