An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator with 5+ years' experience to join a leading company specialising in Modular Cleanroom Design within the Biopharmaceutical industry. As an Estimator, you will prepare and analyse tenders, ensuring accuracy and profitability for key off-site projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing precise tenders based on specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities.
2. Sourcing and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Identifying and assessing risks, ambiguities, and qualifications within tenders.
4. Contributing to the enhancement of internal systems and staying informed on industry changes.

What we are looking for:

1. Possess 5+ years' experience in an estimating role, within contracting or specialist sectors.
2. A relevant third-level qualification in a related field.
3. Expertise in estimating, tendering, pricing, and measuring for construction projects.
4. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and relevant estimating software.
